Obviously, we want you to be happy with your purchase. But if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept your return up to 30 days after purchase for exchange, store credit or refund. Your returned product must be in sellable condition and your return must be preauthorized.
Exceptions:
Consumable and hygienic items (food, beauty items etc.) can only be returned if unopened and unused.
Clothing items can only be returned if unworn, unwashed and free of any damage.
Return Authorization
If you'd like to return your item(s), Please access the return center to process your exchange or return.
Once your return as been authorized, you have 14 days to return the item. After 14 days, we reserve the right to not accept the returned item for a refund. Your refund or exchange will not be processed until we receive the item back.
Return Shipping Costs
If you'd like to return your item, you will be responsible for returning the item at your expense using a trackable shipping method.
If the return is due to our error, we will pay for return shipping.
You are responsible for the condition of the product until we receive it. Please repackage the item with care to ensure you receive credit for the return.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund. Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Sometimes, things happen during shipping. Please let us know if your item was damaged during shipping within 7 days of delivery. We will require you to provide photographic proof of the damaged product and packaging for carrier claims purposes. Note that carriers will sometimes require that they be allowed to inspect the damaged package and its contents. So please don't throw out the packaging or product until we have a chance to work with you.
Our products are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation. Please ensure that you provide the correct address for your order. If you order is returned due to incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to redeliver the order out to you again.
Delivery confirmation serves as proof that the shipment was delivered to your address. We will not be responsible for shipments that are not received though tracking is shown as delivered.
If there is potential for your packages to be delivered without a responsible party present, this introduces the risk of theft. To minimize this risk, please ship to an alternate address where you can ensure delivery is successfully made. (Ship to your workplace, UPS Store, Hold at Post Office, Ask neighbor or family member to receive on your behalf.)
Items on hand in our warehouse are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. These orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and major holidays are processed on the next business day.
Factory Direct Shipping
Products that indicate factory direct shipping, will ship directly from the supplier factory either in the US or internationally. Each of our suppliers ship between 1 - 5 business days from receipt of the order. Each product will indicate the approximate shipping time required. Note that your order may arrive sooner than estimated and each item may ship separately.

Shipping to Non-US countries

For your protection and ours, our systems flag random orders for security checks. If your order is flagged, we rmay contact you to verify information provided on the order. This includes customer shipping/billing address and payment information. This step is to ensure that your payment information is not being used without your permission and that your orders are being routed according to your wishes.
Please watch for communication from us to verify this information and respond as soon as you are able. If we are unable to verify your order information, we will cancel your order to prevent any fraudulent activity. You are welcome to place a new order, but you will be required to verify this information for the new order before it is processed.

Customs fees depend on the laws of your country. In the majority of cases you are not required to pay any customs fees. We mark all our orders as low-value gifts. Moreover, we send larger orders in separate packages to which tends to still be considered low value and not subject to additional charges. If any customs duties or taxes are assessed, these are the customer's responsibility.
This is pretty normal. The tracking updates takes a day or two to update. The factory prepares the shipment (picking and packing) and assigns the tracking number before handing it off to their export department. The export department has to prepare all of the necessary customs documentation and obtain clearances from the origin country and destination country (where the package is shipped and delivered to).
Once these steps are complete the carrier can begin sending the status updates. Often times, these steps are happening while the package is being transported simultaneously. It depends on the factory and their selected carrier.
Once the shipment arrives in the US, it is handed off to USPS. You often can track the shipments on USPS.com too. The tracking link that we've provided is used because it isn’t carrier specific so that no matter where our customers are (Canada, US, UK) or the carrier (China Post, USPS, Australia Post) used, they can track the packages to their final destination.
Our inventory changes frequently for a variety of reasons. (High popularity, seasonal, limited availability, supplier out of stock, slow selling item) If the item is no longer on our website, it may no longer be available. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
